Such a Peaceful feeling!!
What a feeling of calm, I am usually on the run most of the time and do not give myself time to relax. To feel such a calming effect from this exercise is wonderful. I remember doing an exercise like this when I was in high school, it was called the rag doll; where you let your body just fall apart and melt into the ground. I normally have a hard time turning off the days events, but I think this exercise may help me relax enough to go to sleep.

Cyndie I did this exercise twice, the first time I did it was after work and it made me almost fall asleep. By listening and concentrating on what the narrorater is saying makes us forget about what is weighing down on us.
