Such a Peaceful feeling!!
What a feeling of calm, I am usually on the run most of the time and do not give myself time to relax. To feel such a calming effect from this exercise is wonderful. I remember doing an exercise like this when I was in high school, it was called the rag doll; where you let your body just fall apart and melt into the ground. I normally have a hard time turning off the days events, but I think this exercise may help me relax enough to go to sleep.

To you the dreamer
Wow, life is amazing!
I have always been a big advocate of personal growth and being positive. I had a big dilemma this week and had no way of fixing the things I needed to do, I needed to be patient and let things fall into place. It is amazing how the things you need will just appear when you least expect them. I am reading the "The Compound Effect" by Darren Hardy; and in his book, the very night I was upset about not being able to take certain classes I needed to move forward in my next level of schooling, it appeared. The reason I was not being able to move forward, it was the reason, my why! It was written plainly in front of my nose all the time. I have read it in all the other books I have read before, but this time it caught my attention. My Why!! The reason I do what I do. My passion for life. As soon as I read that page, I knew what it was I needed to do the next day. Before that I was frustrated and upset, I took a deep breath and believed that I could do it, remembering why I was doing all this. For all people, who cannot do it for themselves. A few hours after I realized what I was missing, I got a phone call telling me that the school added a new class, the class I needed. Life is amazing!! The powers that be!!

Welcome
Welcome to my blog!!!
I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and also be able to discuss the ins and outs of health and wellness.
Here is a little insight into Cyndie's world and what fuels my passion for health and wellness. I love to work with people, to see one person make a small improvement in their health is exciting for me. I love to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary. I am currently a personal trainer, sports coach and I consult on the basics of nutrition and clean eating. I am working on my ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) certification and looking into becoming a certified sports official. I have helped many with their physical goals and would now like to put it all together with the whole mind - body approach. Family is my life, I work with family as well to work to bring them a healthier life. I lead my life by example and discipline I would never expect anyone to do something that I would not do myself. My end goal in my education is to complete my PhD. and help to transform the lives of the many people struggling with obesity; men, women and especially children and in some small way make it a better world for all.
